PAY AS A GUEST

In response to COVID 19 customers were forced to make payments online digitally. Most of these users are not digital natives and their number one blocker was login. 

Since login is shared among several other platforms across T-Mobile there weren’t enough resources to redesign login.

We decided to do a guest pay experience so customers can pay their bill without login. We worked closely with our P&T team to make a quick MVP experience. Due to the quick turn around, we borrowed the back-end from our prepaid service (Metro) and redesign the front-end user experience

Since we wanted users to have immediate access I added the “pay as a guest” to our login and refreshed the old UI to match our current standards for a simple easy to use experience

9% of Digital Revenue

In the first week of unauthenticated payments, we produced 9% of all payments done on digital without any advertising. Which reached 16 million customers
